Shed 5 price promise terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Shed 5 price promise offer, and form part of the Shed 5 terms of use.
1. the promise
The yearly renewal price for membership will be held at the price you paid for your first year, until midnight on 31 December 2019.
The promis applies to the net price, which is subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
2. who is eligible
The Shed 5 price promise applies to all registrations until further notice.
3. conditions
The Shed 5 price promise is subject to the following conditions:
- you maintain continuous membership until 31 December 2019
- you use the site in accordance with the Shed 5 terms of use
4. changes to the price promise
The Shed 5 price promise may be withdrawn or changed in the event of any of the following:
- the offer is replaced by a better offer
- Carter George Ltd (owner of Shed 5) ceases trading, or Shed 5 is transferred to a new owner
